As will be abundantly obvious, this was recorded during the Phoenician "summer" while temperatures were stifling and air conditioning was not optional. Consider this episode an ultimate lure to take the grill out and recapture the final taste of summer before fall and winter take a firm grip... even if you need to wear your mittens.

Gosh, I really liked this one...
No really, not just because of my content. I think the theme running throughout was strong. I wonder if Ian would have something to say on the Mars Bar thing though. I think Scotland can lay rightful claim to creating the deep fried Mars Bar...
Unfortunately, the other major festival food occasion of the summer, I went twice, but one of the days wasn't appropriate to go gathering recordings, and the other I forgot my recorder. I hope to contribute more in the future!

I liked the throwback to
I liked the throwback to summer, especially since we're really getting into the thick of fall in my neck of the woods (woke up to 45 and rainy--ugh.)
More on-the-street segments. That was great. Totally made my mouth water. Good job, Paul.
just subscribed in itunes
and no episodes are showing up...
I don't know how you can fix this...but I think it needs to be fixed.
Feed issues are being addressed
Greetings Shaded Spriter- Yes, the feed is non-functional, and I'm afraid that is old news. The good news being that issue is now being addressed and I hope to have an update on the status in the near future.
Until that time, though it is inconvenient, the shows can be downloaded directly from the site. Once the feed is active, all the previous shows will appear.
